Who are Unique Employment?

Unique Employment are a team of recruitment professionals with over 40 years experience.

Unique opened their first branch in Luton, Bedfordshire, in 1998. Shortly after, in the year 2000, they opened a second branch in Milton Keynes. Since then they have opened branches in Spalding, Wellingborough, Peterborough and most recently Chelmsford.

Unique are an independent agency with a family owned ethos which enables them to offer a truly Unique and bespoke service to their clients.

Unique Employment and Chiltern 

Chiltern have looked after the telecoms across Unique Employments sites for over ten years now. Starting with Luton and Milton Keynes and each additional site as they have opened. As such we have built up a strong relationship with each individual site and their teams. This helps us to have a valuable understanding of the individual preferences and requirements across the board.

The Project

As an ever-expanding organisation, Unique Employment require a telecoms solution that they can rely on to support their growing requirements. Additionally, as the company grows the need for a system that is fully integrated is more and more important.

Based on this information we proposed a Hosted VOIP package, this provides seamless integration between all sites and unlimited expansion possibilities on a platform that is constantly evolving and improving.

All sites now have a fully integrated system, offering free calls between sites, advanced voicemail and auto attendants all configured from their personalised online portal.
